Mail to SMS

All you have to do is follow these steps:

1. Submit your domain with one of our tech-support to have it whitelisted.

2. Once approved, go to the system portal and select your mail service provider to compose an email.

3. When composing the email, there are four sections we need to take note of:

         • From
   
         • To
   
         • Subject
   
         • Body

4. On the From section, you can use any domain as long as we have whitelisted it on our system.

5. On the email To section. Input the source destination number appended to the domain paradox.co.ke. For example, if 0728694298 is the intended source number, on the To section you will input 0728694298@paradox.co.ke

6. On the Subject section, you can input your preferred subject line.

7. On the Body section, this is where you will input you preferred message that you want to be terminated.

8. After fully composing your email, you can now hit send email button.

9. Congratulations, you have now used our mail to SMS service feature.
